The GMB is concerned that workplace bullying is still a big issue for far too many workers and is carrying out a confidential survey to find out about the scale and the effects of the problem across the care sector.

Bullying in the workplace can take many forms:

-          Being shouted at or humiliated in front of your colleagues

-          Having your work unfairly and repeatedly criticised and constantly undermined

-          Being separated from your team and having decent work withheld from you

-          Having gossip spread about you behind your back.
