GMB Reps at packaging and box manufacturer, DS Smith in Featherstone, have negotiated a new deal that will see a pay increase of 3.8% across all grades and a High Street voucher worth £150.

GMB Representative, Steve Cartwright, said: “We seem to have spent a  long time in these wage talks  and have made a significant improvement from the initial offer.  We are now in a position to recommend it to the membership.”

GMB Organiser, Darran Travis, said: “This is another set of key workers who have been at work throughout the pandemic and their commitment and endeavours to the company should be rightfully rewarded.”
