Southern Cross Taken to Employment Tribunal

Solicitors have been instructed by GMB to commence ‘failure to inform and consult’ legal action against Southern Cross.
GMB has yet to receive any details on the new operators and which homes they plan to take over. As a result legal action has commenced. Further details will go out to members’ homes after the bank holiday weekend.
