Following a meeting of the Yorkshire and North Derbyshire Regional Executive Committee we would like to extend our full support to National President, Barbara Plant, and the Central Executive Council in carrying out the recommendations of the commissioned investigation that has recently reported.

It is a difficult time for our union and we as a Regional Executive Committee, commit to doing whatever it takes to ensure that the GMB listens, learns and changes so that our union is a safe, equality driven, member centred organisation that protects and nurtures all of our members, officers and staff.
